某接続業者のコールセンターで働いた事あるけど、
確かに意味不明のクレーム多かったな。
それも明らかに「お前商品買ってねーだろ」ってやつからの。
ストレスは確かにたまるけど、解消法もあるもんだよ。

たとえばブチ切れてひとしきりなんか捲し立ててくる基地外ババアに、ちょっと間をおいて
「すんません。お電話が遠いようですが」
って何度も繰り返して説明させるの。
超絶キレながら何度も律儀に説明しててなかなか笑えた。

（怒鳴る客には「お電話が遠い」と言って同じことを繰り返し説明させて落ち着かせる、
ってのがマニュアルにマジであって、これはモニターからも怒られない）
